VET OR DOCTOR RELEASES can be emailed to our home office at lona.smith@trikbarrels.com until Tuesday at 12:00 noon prior to the race.  After that time, we have left for the race and the vet or doctor releases must be hand delivered to the show office at the show location.  It is the contestants responsibility to make sure the release is hand delivered to the show office at least one hour prior to race.  The phone number listed on flyer and ad info is a land line at home and no one will retrieve those calls until the event is over.  The vet or doctors release does not become valid until it is hand delivered to someone on the Tri-K office staff.  Internet/Emails are limited access and are not checked regularly due to other event priorities.  Personal cell phones do not work consistently in the building and voicemails/texts are not viable ways of sending vet out/doctor release notices to the show office, as most of these DO NOT transfer until we leave the building after a race is over.
