MARCH 26-28 - ONLINE ENTRIES CLICK HERE

PLEASE NOTE: Tri-K races are CASH ONLY for on-site entries. WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT
CARDS or CHECKS the day of the race.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PERSONAL CHECKS WITH LATE ENTRIES.
We must have time to process these before the event. We have received MULTIPLE returned
checks. There is a $20 fee for all returned checks. Sorry if this inconveniences anyone, but we have to designate
some new guidelines to protect our clients and ourselves from these types of losses. If you must mail your late
entries in, please send a cashier check or money order. If you need a receipt, please come see us in the office and
we will be happy to write one for you.
Any refunds requested pryor to deadlines per event rules will not be processed until we have verified
personal checks have cleared (this could be as much as 30 days). To
eliminate this problem you have the option to pre-enter via online entries and pay by credit card; or you can
send a cashier’s check or money order.
VET OUTS/DR RELEASES: We
will allow substitutions as per our event rules if a rider is ill or horse is vetted out only with proper documents from
Vet/Dr. It is the responsibility of the owner of the draw position to find a substitution. However,
If you have a vet out/illness and need to contact us, please email your vet or dr release to lonasmith@sbcglobal.net no later than ONE HOUR BEFORE RACE. Documentation must be on Dr or Vet letterhead.
Refunds for approved vet out/dr releases will not include Processing Fees, Office Charges or Late Fees. You will
only receive the jackpot portion of the entry and any stalls/rv reservations if applicable.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lazy E:
1. Will we take late entries? Yes,
until 9pm on Fridays and 2pm on Saturdays & Sundays. If you enter after final draw is posted before the race starts
(approx 1/2 hour before race starts), you will run at the bottom of the draw in the order you enter. Keep this in mind
if running multiple horses. You may want someone to enter you earlier in the day so we can split your runs.
2. What size pattern will you run? Last
Feb we ran a WPRA Standard Pattern. This time around we are trying to allow more warm up room, but the Lazy E
will still be a sizeable pattern, but maybe not a full WPRA Standard Pattern.
3. Is the saddle point series on the rider/horse combination, or on the
rider only? The points will be figured on the rider only. Since this series
is all winter long and does not end until Memorial weekend, no one will be out if a horse is vetted out. It also allows
the awards to be spread out. If a person wins a saddle in more than one D, the lesser D saddle win will be dropped
and the saddle for that particular D will go to the next person in line for that particular D. Please read the rules
and regulations to see all the details, but basically if you have multiple horses, and place in the same D on more than one
horse, you take only your highest placing run for points.
4. Can a horse run more than once with different riders? No, a horse can only run one time.
5. Is there a nomination fee for the awards? No,
there is no nomination fee whatsoever for the daily or series awards.
6. Vendor Booths? Vendor
booths are being handled by the Lazy E Arena. Please call 405-282-RIDE for more information.
7. Late Draw: If you enter after the draw is posted on site
the day of the race (approx 30 min. before class starts), you will be placed at the bottom of the draw in the order you entered.
If you are riding multiple horses and enter after the draw is posted we will do our best to split your runs, but you might
consider having someone else enter you earlier to give you plenty of time between your runs (must pay at time of entry).
8. On-Site Entry Payment: Tri-K
races are CASH ONLY for on-site entries. WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS or CHECKS the day of the race.
